Recruiters can spend several months searching for the perfect candidates to fill roles via the Turing website. I re-designed this workflow to resemble a dating app - allowing recruiters to quickly view a profile, get an overview of someone, and “swipe right” on candidates they like. This saves them time and energy 😮💨
The user onboarding process was also re-designed to be a lot simpler. We now ask users “one question at a time” instead of making them fill out ‘one long giant form.” This also resembles the onboarding process used in popular dating apps. See the design process
